RULES

 FailRP generally describes any action that is deemed unrealistic or failure to roleplay. This term can be applied to many things, all of which are against the rules. Do not do anything in roleplay that would never happen IRL. 

 This term is about fearing for your character's life to enforce realism. A prime example would be being held at gunpoint, you would NOT attempt to pull out a gun to fight, as you would get shot. When FearRP is in play, you wouldn't attempt to retaliate, as when you fear for your life you would do anything to save yourself.

• If you have your back turned while being robbed you must comply even if your gun is out.

 Metagaming is using OOC information such as the scoreboard and applying it to IC. Any information found outside of RP is considered metagaming.

• Example: You get someone's ID hitting F10, and finding out who it is, then walking up to them knowing exactly who they are without any prior RP.

 Sexual Roleplay is not to be tolerated as we have a streamer-friendly environment. The only exceptions to be made if both parties give consent in OOC through /pm or discord

• ERP in public is against the rules and will lead to a permaban. You cannot perform any type of sexual roleplay, including touching someone inappropriately in public or near others.

 Powergaming can be such as unrealistic RP or forcing players into RP that they cannot determine the outcome. 

• Example: Going up to a player into a greenzone and carrying them out to kill/rob them.

Having someone forced into a roleplay situation for over 15 Minutes is Prohibited. 

• This includes ziptied players. 

Any circumventing of game mechanics will be considered exploiting.

• Any duping is prohibited
• Emotes in combat areas giving an unfair advantage can be considered exploiting
• Any serious case of game exploitation may result in management review.

 Gun to the back of your head: you must fear your life when there is a gun to the back of your head. You cannot do a 180 and kill them, that would be classified as fail rp and you will be jailed for it. You must say “gun to the back of your head, hands up!” for this to work. 

• Initiation lasts 2 minutes. If you want to shoot as a group you must all be wearing the same clothing and make sure it stands out (same mask, jacket). If one member of your group/gang gets shot at or is initiated on the rest of the group/gang is then initiated (As long as you are wearing the same clothing)
• Saying "I’m with them" does NOT count. You must be in that gang or be wearing the same clothing
• Tackling/slapping people multiple times is initiation (2+)
• Shooting tires is initiation.
• Saying GangK, NameK OR idK is initiation (ex. TNCK or ID 1K)
  • You are not allowed to figure out ways to get around someone saying your name, such as “whats 1 K + 1 K” 
• If you are all wearing the same clothing only 1 person needs to initiate. If you are not wearing the same clothing you must all initiate 
• Pointing guns is not initiation but you must point your gun to rob players.
• If someone snatches your chain you have 2 minutes of initiation to take it back. If the person is seen anytime afterwards you must re-initiate with them. 

      i.e: "Take the chain off or you're dead" (Please do not spam /snatchchain , it will result in an ajail.)

• If you threaten a player's life that counts as initiation and they have a right to kill you. 
  • Example:  Macc Moran robs a player and tells him to put his hands up. Macc demands 100k from that person. When Macc is paid he runs away but gets shot at. This is completely fine since he already initiated to rob the person.
• Tazing multiple time is initiation (2+) 
• Slapping multiple times is initiation (2+)
• 1 slap + 1 taze is initiation
• Running someone over with intent is initiation.

 Killing another person without a sufficient roleplay reason is not allowed. Unnecessary provoking falls under this rule as well. Revenge DM also falls under this, which would be killing the person that killed you for the reason that he killed you. This will not be accepted.

• Poor or No Initiation and killing someone is considered RDM. (Poor initiation is staff descretion)

 VDM refers to running over a player in a manner that would be unrealistic or unfair. This also implies running someone over without any roleplay reasons. If someone holds a gun to you while you are in a car you CAN drive away/run them over. This would be considered fearing for your life. This rule also applies to repeatedly smashing someone's car to disable them. Police also must not smash the suspect’s vehicle over and over in a chase, you must execute a proper pit with permission.

 Logging out to avoid Roleplay, combat, or death. An example would be selling someone something, then logging out to scam them. This will not be accepted. (ex. Crashing during a police chase and quickly F8 Quitting to avoid RP scenario will result in a ban.)

 OOC or Out of character, speaking in a term that applies to the real world. Use proper roleplay slang like “my head exploded” for a game crash or “my pockets'' or “my bag” instead of your inventory. If a situation doesn't seem like it's playing out within the rules, /report it after the situation ends. Always stay in character.

 When you respawn you are not allowed to go back to the place of death for 10 minutes. This rule does not apply if you are helped up by EMS or admins.

• Does not apply to gangs returning to their block.

 Someone who's the default character that you first join the server with. You must change from this character or you will be kicked from the server.

 The act of intentionally irritating or angering another player with malicious intent in order to annoy them. This includes the following; Repeatedly entering scenes with someone with the intent to kill or ruin RP for others, breaking NLR and returning to scenes for revenge, reports of harassing someone IC and OOC is also considered griefing. To avoid griefing someone; avoid RP and all contact with someone after an RP scenario especially when it wasn’t planned.

• Griefing law enforcement is a serious offence and will not be taken lightly.

 Scamming someone for a vehicle. This means telling someone you will sell them a car then not giving the car to them after they have given you the money. This will not be accepted and you will be punished. Going off this rule, you may also NOT steal someone's car, and go to bennys and reset all their upgrades. This would fall under this category / failRP

• Any form of scamming during trades is not allowed and may result in a ban.
• Both parties involved in a trade must agree to the terms and conditions before the trade is completed.
  • A verbal “locking” is required for a vehicle trade.
  • A scam is a confirmed locked deal and 1 party doesn’t hold their end.

 Watching a stream on the server and RPing with the same person will not be accepted on the server, this would be Meta-gaming and will get you permanently banned. The only exceptions are friends of that person streaming. We understand that you support your friends' stream and RP with them. If you’re going to have someone's stream open, be mindful of their RP scenes and try not to be involved to avoid stream sniping “information” etc. (ex. Watching someone's stream attempting to enter their roleplay scenario is considered stream sniping.)

 Cop Baiting refers to repeatedly doing something around police to instigate a chase. An example would be driving back and forth at high speeds in front of the police station to get into a chase. (ex. Intentional ramming into police cruisers is considered cop baiting.) 

 If you are not here to roleplay, then you will be removed from the community. This can also be labelled as not providing RP. You are expected to put effort into your roleplay.  Constantly robbing players or cops without valid RP reason is a good example. Roleplay is a community effort, therefore you must do your part and provide good RP and content. You cannot win every situation. 

 Racism, hate speech, and toxicity all fall under this. None of this talk will be allowed. If you want to beef in character that's one thing, but to go OOC toxicity will not be accepted.

• If a female starts talking recklessly first, you have all right to talk back. Female Disrespect will come into play if someone goes out of their way to call a female something out of proportion for example “slut, whore, get to the kitchen”, or pb exploiting, /e pushup etc.

 You cannot talk while you are dead, no exceptions.

 Any form of trading requires a verbal “Locked/Locking” from both parties.
